  • Where do you ship to?

    At the moment we are shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, UK and U.S.A.

  • Do you take custom orders?

    At this time, I am not taking any custom orders.

    However, if you happen to have a sticker design idea, feel free to email christina@squarelimedesigns.com or use our contact form.

  • Can you combine two orders into one shipment?

    During normal periods (i.e. we're not hosting a sale event), please send an email to christina@squarelimedesigns.com to see if we can combine your orders for you. Any shipping overcharges will be refunded to you when the order is sent.

  • How long will it take for my order to be packaged?

    The current processing time is 5-7 business days.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order?

    All orders are final sale and we are not able to make further adjustments after payment confirmation.

  • Can I track my order?

    By default, all orders are shipped via Recorded Delivery and each one has a tracking number. You can track your order directly from the shipment notification email, or go into your account history and click into the order you want to track!

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    Please allow extra time for deliveries. Orders and shipping may take longer than usual depending on the country.

    Estimated Delivery Times:

    Europe: 5-10 business days

    Rest of the World: 15-20 business days

  • I have not received my order yet. What can I do?

    If your order does not arrive within the transit window (mentioned in the question above), please send an email to christina@squarelimedesigns.com with your order number and we will assist you the best we can.

  • Do you take wholesale orders?

    We sure do! Our rates are dependent on your order volume and product, so please email christina@squarelimedesigns.com with your inquiry and we'll help you out!

  • Where can I find the digital files?

    Once payment is confirmed, you will get an email with all the files. Keep in mind that the links expire after 24 hours. If you try to access them afterwards, a new email will be sent to you.

  • Digital Items

    Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items.

    You can always contact us for any question at squarelimedesigns@gmail.com.

  • Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Do you offer a commercial licence for your stickers?

    I don’t plan to offer commercial licence for my designs.

  • Can you provide me with a business invoice?

    Unfortunately I can't provide you with a business invoice. Under the local tax legislation I’m exempt from having a VAT number.
